2009-2011
The dawn of time.
A recession born company, led by Kristopher Kent, Real Estate Services of Nevada, Ltd was formed by top producers who were tired of working for large franchises where commissions are nickled and dimed.
Summer 2011
The Brokerage expands
Real Estate Services of Nevada, Ltd launches its vacation rental & property management department on boarding 125+ rentals during the summer of 2011.
Spring 2012
New Homes Expansion
Real Estate Services of Nevada, Ltd expands the company into new home sales, on-boarding New Home developments.
Fall 2013
Phase 3 Expansion
Real Estate Services of Nevada, Ltd hires Greg Anastassatos to expand into multi-family and investment properties.

Compensation
We have 3 Plans: New Agent, Part-Time Agent, Experienced Agent.
Experienced Agent
80% Agent/20% Brokerage (Gross Commission Split) on your first $62,500 in gross commissions in your contract year (the cap), thereafter you keep 100% until the end of your contract year.
A $50 File Admin Fee Is deducted out of each transaction side.
Experienced Agents must hit the cap every year or they may be downgraded to the Part Time Agent Plan the next calendar year (at Brokers discretion).
All plans reset annually based on the agents contract year.
All forms of income are applied towards the agents gross commission split, i.e. referrals, BPO's, etc.
All Agent Plans require a $65 monthly subscription fee for office/technology.
Part Time Agent
70% Agent/30% Brokerage (Gross Commission Split) on your first $41,667 in gross commissions in your contract year (the cap), thereafter you keep 100% until the end of your contract year.
Part Time Agent is defined as an agent that does not cap. Upon capping, you will be promoted to the Experienced Agent plan for the next contract year.
A $50 File Admin Fee Is deducted out of each transaction side.
All forms of income are applied towards the agents gross commission split, i.e. referrals, BPO's, etc.
Part Time Agents that cap are automatically upgraded to the Experienced agent plan the following year.
Agents that do not meet the cap shall remain on the Part Time Agent plan the following contract year, until the cap in a contract year.
All plans reset annually based on the agents contract year.
All Agent Plans require a $65 monthly subscription fee for office/technology.
New Agent
60% Agent/40% Brokerage on your first two real estate sales transactions, thereafter (and all other income) is at a 70% Agent/30% Brokerage (Gross Commission Split) on your next $30,000 in gross commissions in your contract year (the cap), thereafter you keep 100% until the end of your contract year.
New Agent is defined as an agent that is brand new agent without any experience. Contact the Broker for exceptions.
Upon capping, you will be promoted to the Experienced Agent plan for the next contract year.
All forms of income are applied towards the agents gross commission split, i.e. referrals, BPO's, etc.
A $50 File Admin Fee Is deducted out of each transaction side.
Part Time Agents that cap are automatically upgraded to the Experienced agent plan the following year.
Agents that do not meet the cap shall be placed on the Part Time Agent plan the following contract year.
All plans reset annually based on the agents contract year.
All Agent Plans require a $65 monthly subscription fee for office/technology.

Markmail Our exclusive/proprietary online platform (developed by REDOTI) allows our agents to send marketing emails (in the masses), ensure transaction compliance (never forget a document for your file!) and works side by side with the local MLS to provide you with data for your Sellers, scheduling and mapping of your showings. Markmail, like the name suggests, also provides tools for your direct mailers for your farm area and sphere of influence!
We also provide our agents with Google Apps along with a portal to access office phone and fax, making changes and keeping track of calls and faxes!
