Reno Realty Congratulates Nevada Wolf Pack, Fremont Cannon Returns to Reno
Reno Realty is proud to report that the Wolf Pack is bringing the Fremont Cannon back to Reno, NV. The Fremont Cannon is used as a legacy trophy for the long standing battle for prestige between Nevada and UNLV. Nevada, the University located in Reno, NV is Kristopher Kent’s Alma Mater, he is the Broker at Reno Realty. The University of Nevada is where Mr. Kent graduated from in 2005, majoring with an advanced degree combining Biochemistry, Chemistry, Physics and Physiology, collectively “Nutritional Sciences.”
Nearly the entire time Reno Realty Broker Kristopher Kent attended Nevada the cannon was held by UNLV. Such a dissatisfaction for the campus was turned around just after Mr. Kent’s graduation when the Fremont Cannon returned to Reno in the Fall of 2005. Since then, the cannon has only been in Las Vegas for one year, 2013!
Reno Real Estate is more expensive than Las Vegas, which may not be due to the older campus with a higher educational ranking and better football team, it isn’t a mistake that there is more demand and less inventory in the Reno Sparks Realty Market.
